eg. "Florist" and by type of occasion
eg.

Home". To start shopping either click on Gift
Shop which will open to reveal the various gift shops available or
Occasions
Shop to reveal the groups of gift giving occasions.
When you select an individual shop or occasion a list of gifts will be displayed each accompanied by a photo of the item. Click on the photo to reveal a full description of the item together with a detailed image. At this stage you will also be able to see the cost of the gift (including gift wrapping) and
the delivery options available. |
Placing an
Order On-Line |
Shopping at Red Ribbon Gifts is just like walking around your local gift shop. When you see a gift which you want to purchase simply click the
'order now button' and this will be added to your shopping basket. If you want to
increase the quantity of an item you will be able to do this when you proceed to
the checkout. You can remove items from the basket at any point before you go ahead
to the checkout. So if you are not sure what to order you can place several gifts in your basket and then make the final decision when you reach the checkout.
If you want to see the contents of your basket at any point during your shopping trip simply click the
'view your basket' button.
Once you reach the shopping basket we will ask you to check your order,
make any adjustments and select a delivery option - please see below for
these details.
When you are ready to finish your order click the 'order now' button and you
will be taken through to the secure area of the site to proceed with
placing your order. You need to complete your name & address details and
those of the recipient, and the message for the gift card to accompany the
gift.
You will be asked for your credit card details - we accept most major credit and
debit cards. These details will be encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). For more information see the

Placing an Order by Fax |
You can also
place your order by fax. Simply print out and complete the fax
order form, keeping a copy for your records. Then fax us anytime on
08707 604281. |
Placing an Order by Telephone |
You can also
place your order by telephone. Simply print out and complete the telephone
order form, keeping a copy for your records. Then telephone us
between 9am and 5.00pm UK time, Monday to Friday on 01795 591999. If you
are calling from outside the UK you need to dial your international
access code to the UK and then dial 44 1795 591999. We have a voice mail
system for your convenience outside these hours. |
Confirmation of Your Order |
When you have placed your order online you will receive an e-mail confirming the details and advising you of your order reference code. This code is to assist you if
you have any questions about the order. |
Delivery |
Red Ribbon Gifts can be delivered to UK addresses. We can accept orders from anywhere in the world, so long as they are for delivery within the UK.
Prices are shown and charged in UK Sterling and include appropriate VAT.
Most of the Red Ribbon Gifts range can be delivered within 48 hours of your order. Each individual gift description details
the delivery times for that item. Please check these details prior to placing
your order. At the checkout you will need to select the appropriate delivery
option for your gift choice and the delivery address.

costs and options. These costs are also clearly detailed on the order form when you
place your order. |
Returns |
We hope that you will not only be happy with the gift which you order from Red Ribbon
Gifts, but positively delighted! However, if you need to return an item simply print out a
returns form and enter your details together with the reference number of the order from your confirmation e-mail. Return the item to the address detailed on the returns form ensuring that you obtain proof of posting.
A refund will be
made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account. This is provided the
items are returned to us undamaged, in full working order within 7
working days and in the
same packaging in which it was despatched. |
