anywhere in the world, so long as they are for delivery to the UK.

Most Red Ribbon Gifts can be delivered within 48 hours of your order,
unless otherwise stated. Delivery can only be made between 8am - 6pm and we
cannot guarantee a time (See below for details for Highlands & Islands,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Signature on Delivery
It is sometimes easier for you to send gifts to a business address if the recipient is likely to be out at work during the
day as our deliveries can only be made during business hours Monday to Friday
(Saturday extra charges apply).
All orders despatched will require a signature on delivery, expect flowers
which will be left safe or with a neighbour. If there is
no-one in when the delivery is attempted a card will be left (8am - 6pm). The carrier,
Business Post will attempt to deliver the gift twice. If there is still no
response to the cards the package will be returned to their depot to await
collection. After 2 days the consignment will be returned to Red Ribbon Gifts and an e-mail sent
to the person placing the order - a further delivery charge will be made to send
the gift out again. If a delivery is refused, for any reason or the recipient
has gone away or the delivery cannot be made we cannot offer a refund.
It is important that you use the correct UK postcode when you give us the
delivery address to avoid any possible delays in processing your order. If you are not sure please visit
www.royalmail.com and check the details.

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are charged per order to one address. Therefore, if you order
two gifts to be sent to the same address you will only be charged
for one delivery, except where they are sent to two different people
or departments at one address then you will be charged for two
deliveries. |
