Fresh flowers and fruit baskets from Red Ribbon Gifts can be delivered to addresses within the UK. We can accept orders from anywhere in the world, so long as they are for delivery
to the UK.

Each bouquet,
arrangement and basket is made to order for delivery as the schedule
below between 8am & 6pm but we cannot guarantee a time.
Important -
so your fresh flowers and basket will arrive in peak condition we do not
offer a delivery service on Sunday and Monday. All arrangements, bouquets
and baskets are produced by us, we do not use national distribution chains,
so we can guarantee the best. We do not make a 'relay or other charge' for flower
orders. |

In order to qualify for this delivery service orders must be placed by
12 noon
UK time. No deliveries are made on Sundays
or Monday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Signature on Delivery
It is sometimes easier for you to send gifts to a business address if the recipient is likely to be out at work during the
day as our deliveries can only be made during business hours Tuesday to Friday
(Saturday extra charges apply).
All orders for flowers
will be left safe or with a neighbour if there is
no-one in when the delivery is attempted. If driver cannot do this a card will be left. The carrier,
Business Post will attempt to deliver the
flowers twice. If there is still no
response to the cards the package will be returned to their depot to await
collection. After a further 2 days the consignment will be returned to Red Ribbon Gifts and an e-mail sent
to the person placing the order. If a delivery is refused, for any reason or the recipient
has gone away or the delivery cannot be made we cannot offer a refund. A
special word about hospital deliveries - some hospitals may have a
'no flower policy' for some wards/rooms. Whilst we ask our carrier
to deliver direct to the ward this may not be permitted by staff for
security or other reasons and orders may be delayed by the hospital,
which is totally out of our control.
It is important that you use the correct UK postcode when you give us the
delivery address to avoid any possible delays in processing your order. If you are not sure please visit

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are charged per order to one address. Therefore, if you order
two gifts to be sent to the same address you will only be charged
for one delivery, except where they are sent to two different people
or departments at one address then you will be charged for two
deliveries. |
